Who We Are
Prairie Fungal Farms Inc. is a new, vertically integrated gourmet and medicinal mushroom farm based out of Anola, Manitoba. Formed by a group of like-minded entrepreneurs PFF is a pinnacle achievement in the teams long-standing history in Manitoba business. Creating high quality food and medicine from agricultural and forestry byproducts is the cornerstone of our business and we pride ourselves of maintaining a high level of social responsibility.
By utilizing high-quality, locally sourced industrial byproducts, PFF has developed a series of highly efficient commercial substrate mixes for the cultivation of many highly sought-after gourmet medicinal mushrooms. PFF’s state of the art facility is designed for small-scale (500 lbs per week) fresh gourmet and medicinal mushroom production. Our goal is to become a leading supplier of gourmet and medicinal mushroom growing products in Canada.
